Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zenvy advertising platform ("Platform"), operated by Zenvy, a trading name of J Mani, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our") at myzenvy.app. By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. The Service
Zenvy is a self-serve advertising platform that allows beauty and lifestyle businesses ("Advertisers") to promote their services to users of the Zenvy mobile application. Advertisers purchase credit packs, upload creative content, and receive exposure within the app subject to moderation approval.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of your business to register an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Impersonation or misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account suspension.
- Accounts are for single business use only and may not be shared or transferred without our written consent.
3. Credits and Payments
- Credits are purchased in packs and are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits are forfeited at expiry.
- 1 credit = 1 creative slot for 30 days. Credits are deducted upon creative submission, not upon approval.
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- Credit pack purchases are non-refundable, except where a credit was deducted for a creative that was subsequently rejected by our moderation team — in which case the credit is automatically reinstated to your account.
- If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us at support@myzenvy.app within 14 days of the charge.
4. Creative Content and Acceptable Use
By uploading content to the Platform, you confirm that you own or have all necessary rights and licences to use that content, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
You must not submit content that:
- Is false, misleading, or makes unsubstantiated health or efficacy claims
- Is offensive, discriminatory, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
- Contains malware, spam, or links to harmful destinations
- Violates the UK's CAP Code (Committee of Advertising Practice) or ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidelines
- Promotes illegal products, services, or activities
- Is unrelated to beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any content at our sole discretion, including after approval, if we become aware that it violates these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
5. Moderation
- All creative submissions are reviewed by our team before being published. We aim to complete reviews within 1–2 business days but do not guarantee a specific turnaround time.
- Approval of a creative does not constitute an endorsement of your business or the claims made in your content.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you repeatedly submit content that violates these Terms, without refund of unused credits.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you upload. By submitting content, you grant Zenvy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Platform and Zenvy mobile application for the duration of your active creative slot.
All Platform software, design, trademarks, and branding are the property of Zenvy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
7. Free Listing
Registered and approved businesses are listed in the Zenvy app Discover tab at no cost. This free listing may be suspended or removed at our discretion if your account violates these Terms, your business information is found to be inaccurate, or if we discontinue the free listing feature with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenvy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any content you submit; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@myzenvy.app. Unused credits are non-refundable on account closure.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases and your creative content will be removed from the app.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
